It is a shame what our working class has slipped to. Not all, but there is definitely an underbelly of the employee pool. Sad part is that unskilled labor, service job employers are really suffering trying to find good help. Out of desperation, they hire the dregs of humanity out there, and end up damaging their businesses as a result of not having a decent work force to pick from.
Case In Point:
We run an ad regularly, way more idiots out there than not. Finally, the idiots like the living dead do not show up for the interview. Obviously why they failed to show in the first place does not work out. Then they just show up without an appointment for an interview. Only to frustrate the good employees that I do have.
